The Panadent
Articulator System is used for the course and the supplies may be purchased
from CDI in Millbrae, California. Please contact Evelyn at (800) 878-4234
or (650) 697-6420 and inform her you are with the AEO Course to place
your order. You are required to contact CDI prior to the start of the

Products. We contact Vince Gonzalez to inform him of the number of
students, and supplies are delivered to the first session of the course.
You will be billed individually by Imperial Orthodontic Products.
